Apolling service from such a bran like Mercedes Benz

I have a problem with Mercedes Benz Financial Services division. I setted my car back in March and I told that I have refund of about R 1,400 or so and it will refunded into my account in a couple of days, it has been a month and days every time I send a reminder I'm told they are with upgrades of the system but they are attending to the matter on Tuesday Daniel told I will be paid this week still it is 15;45 no sign an out office reply says they are our on a team building..really this leaves a lot to be desired really.
