48 days later - still can't get my car back from repair

I took my car to Mercedes Benz East Rand 26 January for a broken steering lock.

They only started working on the car the following Monday, and told me that they would have to order a new steering lock from Germany. They estimated a week waiting time.

After a week the part arrived and was installed.

Then they told me that my key is stuck in the ignition and unless i have a spare key, they'd have to order a new key for me too. For that, i had to go to the bank and get a permission letter for a duplicate key to be made, which i got ASAP.

Then they said the key would again take about a week from Germany to get here.

I waited for the week and phoned again. He then said another week.

I waited another week and phoned again. He said it still haven't arrived we'll just have to wait.

I then phoned again a couple of days later and he said he will send them an email and ask what's the cause of the delay.

I then waited a couple more days and phoned again and he said impatiently he will let me know as soon as the key arrives.

Today i phoned and asked for my service agent (Hamid) and he was not at work today. I then spoke to the "service manager" and gave him my car registration (FV49TLGP) and he said he will find out what's going on and phone me in a bit. I haven't received a call from him all day. I eventually phoned again at 15h30 and he was not available. I left a message and nobody phoned me back again.

It is today 48 days later. I need to use Uber to get to work. I need to use Uber to take my kids to school everyday and back home. I need to use Uber as a means of transport and have by now spend more than my Mercedes monthly bank repayment and petrol together on Uber.

I am supposed to move out of my place of residence by the end of March. I was planning on moving everything with my newly installed tow-bar on my Mercedes and a trailer.

My whole life is at a standstill and i'm losing money everyday Mercedes Benz East Rand has my car.

I don't know what's going on with my car. I don't even know if it is still there. Nobody phones me. Nobody is giving me any hope, or any time frame in which i will receive my car back.
