Mercedes Claremont quotes are totally outrageous

I had a very bad experience earlier this year trying to get Mercedes Claremont to repair or replace my faulty key. A very rude person refused to help me as my licence paper was in Joburg, implying that I was trying to ***** my own car. Now my car was towed there to replace a small hose connecting the coolant system. The house cost less than R1k but they want to charge me over R7,000 to do this claiming they have to recalibrate everything. To say I'm outraged is to put it mildly. And I have no choice - I can't drive my car out of there.
