Mercedes Claremont poor service

If anyone wants to have an extremely poor experience getting spare parts for their Mercedes then phone David at Claremont Mercedes branch. Having told my mechanic that he would have parts delivered from Stellenbosch by 2pm on friday we arrived to collect only to be told sorry no parts but parts can be found at both Century City and Kraaifontein. After driving to both of those branches we are still without spares. What a disgrace. No wonder nobody wants to deal with these people and with me feeling buying a Mercedes was a big mistake. Unhelpful and rude by constantly putting the phone down on my mechanic who was only trying to get an HONEST answer as to where we could get our spares. Poor show.
