Worst service ever

I bought a brand new Mercedes Benz at Culemborg in 2011, six months later I had issues with the lights. I took the car to Mercedes and only to be told that I had a recall. Not knowing what that meant, I was happy with them fixing it at no charge. Since then I have had so many problems with the car, from injectors to lights. This year I asked for a service history when I was told that the bulbs and the injectors needs to be replaced. Then I realised that it is the same injectors and the lights that they fixed, and these were fixed in less than 6 months. I had to sweat to get them to replace them without charging me. It wasnt even a week, and the bulbs were not working again. When I query this with the service provider, I was told that bubls dont last, and when I said I had a Merced before and I never had this issue, he said maybe it is my driving.

My car didn't want to start on October the 16th, then the road side assistance towed it to Mercedes Benz Century City.

On Monday the 17th I was at least expecting a call to give feedback or to say they have received my car, nothing from them. Then on Tuesday the 18th I contacted them and asked for a feedback, and the service provider told me that the car was only assigned to him at 11h00 on Tuesday, and he didn't know when it will go to the workshop to be assesed, and didn't know what was wrong with the car.

On Wednesday the 18th I contacted them again, and I was told that it has been to workshop and that they need to replace a starter, and that they have ordered the starter, and they were expecting it to arrive on Friday the 20th.

On the 20th, no contact from them, then I contacted them around 14h00, only to be told that my car will not be ready becasue they are waiting for authorisation from Mercedes Benz, and he didnt know when he will get the authorisation. All he told me is that the car will not be ready by end of Friday. So I asked if it will be ready by Monday, and again the service provider didnt know as he could do nothing unless he gets the authorisation to replace.

I don't know their processes, but I cannot understand how they ordered the starter without authorisation, but needed authorisation to put it in the car.

It is now 5 days, and I am the one who has been calling them, no feedback from them at all unless I call them. This service provider also told me that it is normal for bulbs to freeze even after a day of changing them.
