Worst ever service

Worst ever service. After paying 75k for a part in November 2022. Still don't have the part. No phone call from anyone with an Eta. DP has not returning my calls. Parts manager not returning my calls. 75k later no part no service. My car parked n I can not drive it. 5 months later. No one in the dealership is assisting
