Useless service, empty promises

After taking my Smart ForFour to their service center due to a problem with the key, I was informed that they needed to order a key and it will take 10-15 working days to get my car back. After two months, I went to collect my car, after they said that it will be ready on the 23/10/2015, only to be informed that my car was not ready and will take another 2 days. I have to travel 2 hours to get to their garage, the only one close to me that can help with the Smart. I complained to the manager, who told me that he will see that my key gets coded, and that it will take little more than an hour. 3 hours later, the person called to inform me that no, yet again, the key will take 2 days. I am so sick and tired of this kind of abuse, poor service quality and customer service. Please never use this branch as the attitude stinks and people are really *********** and unfriendly.
