Terrible service Mercedes Benz Century City

I booked in my Mercedes Benz 2006 S500 at Mercedes Benz Century city on the 28th of January 2019. It has now been over a week that they have been telling me that they cannot quote me on my repair due to the fact that the part is not loaded on the system.

Effectively they don't know if they have the part in stock, can't tell me how long it will take to repair, what it will cost to repair or when the part will be loaded.
