"Sorry, Monica is not (never) at her desk!!"

That's the only response you get when you phone and ask for her. Sending an email you also wait for a reply. She took almost R28,000 from me within a few months. Now I have to drive a E-Class that's like pulling away in 3rd gear. And if I need to pass a car on the highway, I have to break again as it takes 5 seconds for the petrol pedal to respond.

Sho that's terrible, I really hope she will find her desk or notice the cordless in her hand and call. It's been months!!
