Poor service

Friday my Van when pulling from garage had a loud noise and I pulled the van back in and called MCC who has been the only service center since new working on the van. The tow truck came out, collected the car at 11:30, being well aware of the protocol at Merc due to many problems with our van since new. I got worried when not contacted by the dealer as it was 15:30. I then phoned MCC who informed that the car has not been delivered there. After making several calls to Merc assist and finally the towing company itself I discovered that the car have been delivered to Century City. When asking about it to a certain Terrance I assume the same Terrance Mazzolini (sited as contact on this site) in addition to when we could accept the car be attended and repaired as it is a breakdown I was astounded by his response asking me why do we not consider to take the van to another service center? I am dumbfounded by the behav of this gentleman taking into consideration that this van has been serviced and repaired since new at this service center and it seems that this dealership has developed criteria and the confidence to decide to select its clientele. I assure you this will be the last time
