I have a 2019 A200 sedan with reg CAA92177. I took this car for my last service early 2021. The car came back making a noise when it's on. I took it to them more than twice and they kept on saying the belts are still tight and new. Until the fan belt broke. They replaced the belt and gave my car back. However, my car still had the noise coming from the front of the engine. I drove the car for about two months and the belts broke again in the middle of November. They told me that they have to order some belt in Germany. As a result, I spend December and January 2022 with out my car. I lost a lot of money on Uber and car hire. My car is in for the third time this year. Worse part of it, the last time they found a reason for me to pay some portion of the invoice.
