Hi. Last year I took my moms 180 for service and repairs and I was assisted by our service advisor by the name of Charles. I told him the car is mixing oil and water plus want to service the car. He then told me a later that day I must deposit R20000 if I want them to go ahead to fix the which ended up depositing. The problems went high increased and it came down to R68000. I payed it thinking the car is back to normal. Drove the car and the problem occurred. Took the car back and wanted to see the manager but was told they busy with an audit. Left my car there for more than a week and they didn't attend to me. Even now mg car is not up to standard. Left numerous messages but nothing happened. I'm not happy by the service they did for me.
