Faulty service endangered my family.

I had my gearbox control unit replaced at MB CC early Dec. An expensive exercise. We went on holiday, rarely using the car. Returning home my wife drove with my 2 small sons, I would return later that day in another car. On the N2 in holiday traffic the car became erratic and lost power. She claims to have had trouble breaking once she left the road. They waited in the car 2m from the N2 for 2 hours on a scorching day before i could get to them and send them home safely in my Ford. Turns out one of the plugs on control unit was not fastened properly. This endangered my family and caused them extreme discomfort. UNACCEPTABLE! MB CC gave me the run around never returning my calls even after I went to see them in person. Stay away from this service center.
