Worst service ever in my life

Worst service ever for such a big brand. 1st in the morning when i arrived im told my car is not booked in but this was confirmed telephonically and the Lady said systems were offline and took all my details and booked for me but when i arrived they say no record of my details?! They dont have shuttle services?? The service consultant Edga didn’t bother to tell me what’s happening with my car the whole day or to discuss my invoice of the job cart so i can agree to the amount. When i came to collect the car he dissapeared from front desk i waited over 39minutes until i caused a scene then someone offered to help me pay so i can get my car. I sent a follow up on email for my invoice to be corrected that is also nor being done i honestly wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone they have the most *********** and unhelpful staff!!
