Worst experience of my life!!!

Took my car in for my first service. They end up scratching my car (that’s not even a year old) so badly and guess what...? they say I must have hit a stone after picking it up (ofcause not wanting to take responsibility) 1 what makes you so sure it was a stone? Unless it was a stone from the time they test drove it cause I know I never got hit by a stone (a stone big enough to cause scabs through my car nogal) in the 30 plusmin it took me to get home (through traffic) 2 yes the 1 panel beater they sent me to said it’s a stone that must have fallen from a truck (never have I ever driven next to a truck on my way back home). The second couldn’t confirm. Went to an independent beater who had no history on the car and he said it could be anything and from the looks of it whatever sc****d the car the person that sc****d it tried to polish it after. 3 I have insurance, if I damaged my car I would have claimed through insurance! It’s so displeasing that they would stand there and say they not liable without even going through their workshop footage and or footages from the time I left (basically no investigation into the time the car was in their hands). They were able to check the footage from the time I dropped it off (which showed no scratches) Mara in between it’s a no can’t do! So much for good service by a company that’s supposed to be reputable. Not much is to be desired about their ethics either!
