Why I would never own a Mercedes again

Joe De Abreu
Why I would never own a Mercedes again. I serviced all my Mercs at Mercedes Centurion and experienced the following.

1. When I arrived at the service centre to service my car they lost my booking and I had to argue and wait for more than an hour to get my car booked in for a service.
2. They phoned me at 15:30 to let me know that my car was done and that it is ready to be collected. I arrived at 16:00 and waited an hour and a half for them to get my car from the wash bay.
3. On my way home the glove box came loose. We left numerous messages for the service advisor and he never returned a call. It two weeks to get hold of someone to assist with the matter.
4. I phoned this morning to find out if they have stock of my battery and if they can replace it while I wait if I take the car to them. It is now more than an hour and I am still waiting for someone to replace the battery of which I have to pay more than R 900 just to fit the battery. I had to phone six times before someone answered the phone.
5. The office of the manager JOE DE ABREU is empty.
6. From the five different types of cars I've owned, the service from Mercedes is by far the worst.
