The dealership refused to fix my car which is still under warranty.

Horrible and pathetic service ,which has affected me emotionally because I'm a first time car buyer and my rights as a consumer are violated. CPA states that if you have purchase goods and it got damaged less than 6 months you are entitled for a refund,repair and replacement.
