Service??!??

<p>My 2013 ml350 's engine light came on this morning. I phoned Mercedes-Benz, and was told to go to the nearest branch. At Mercedes-Benz centurion, I was standing around for approx 15 minutes, being flat ignored. Eventually Mr Bheki Ngwenya offered help. After explaining I was told they can't help me. </p> <p>Can i drive the car like this? No he said!?!?? So now what do I do?? He just went back to talking on the phone in Sotho telling me to speak to another service consultant. So I waited another 15 minutes. No help not even a greeting. </p> <p>Is this the service you deserve after spending almost a million rand on their car??</p>
