Pathetic Service from Mercedes Benz Finace

<p>Since February 2016 i have been trying to cancel my Short Fall Insurance with Mercedes Benz Finance. They have been giving me a run around and even now 5 months of complaining they are still *****ING my money monthy. I phone them every month at least 5 times a month, and everytime i speak to someone they give me a completely different story. I have even gone as far as speaking to management, who guarenteed me that they would call me before the end of the day and they never did. No one at Mercedes Benz Finance knows what they are doing, and they certainly do not keep to their word!!! It cannot possibly be so difficult to cancel a Short Fall policy. This is really pathetic service and i am ready to take this matter further and get attorney's involoved. You sell your vehicles as such luxury cars, yet your service SUCKS!!</p>
