Pathetic service from Mercedes Benz Centurion!!!
Mercedes Benz Centurion doesn’t offer a shuttle service when you drop car off for service! Pathetic service!!! Even cheaper dealerships like Subaru and Hyundai offers this service to clients. Paying top price to Mercedes Benz but **** service!!! Level of quality certainly deteriorating. Their excuse was covid but now they still don’t do it. This service doesn’t make it worth it to have Benz!!! And you can even hear them when they speak over the phone!
