No contact made from representatives

I have made enquiries for the Currents offers at Mercedes Menlyn and their Centurion branches. The above persons have not made any attempts to contact me. I have received confirmation via the ZA website to confirm my enquiry. I thought that a premium brand would be prompt in their service.
