Car sold with runflat tyres, but no tyres exist

During Aug 2014, I bought a Mercedes Benz E300 Hybrid Diesel from McCarthy/Mercedes Benz in Centurion. During delivery, the sales person specifically explained the working of the run flats tyres on my car and that in case of emergency, I need to slow down to about 60-80KM and drive to the closest branch to have the tyres repaired.<br> <br> On Sunday 4 Oct, I hit a pothole and burst a tyre. After several calls to MBSA, they made it clear I don't have runflats, a spare tyre or any equipment to replace a tyre in my car and as a result this is my responsibility????<br> <br> Firstly, how did MBSA get my car through the roadworthy test?<br> <br> Secondly, how can they have it on the system that I have none of the required equipment, yet take no responsibility for the car they sold me?
