Bad taste

<p>I bought a 2011 Merc C180 cgi b/e elegance from Mercedes Benz Centurion at a price of R239900. Insurance company says car is worth R207000. I made a loss straight away. R32900 over book? I would expect everything to be perfect? They supp**** me a car with rear tyres so worn that they claim is not their responsibilty to replace. In one month I will have to replace them. I certainly did not expect to have to fork out money for new tyres a month or two after I purchase a car.</p>
