Pathetic Service From Mercedes Benz Cargo Motors Klerksdorp ( Worst customer service ever)

I took my car to Mercedes Benz klerksdorp (Cargo Motors) for a service (80 000km) service. I got there at 07h00am in the morning. The shuttle guy only took two "White Customers" and left me behind. I called my wife to fetch me before 08h00 by luck another driver took me before my wife arrived after 08h00am. That is a minor of my problems, cause I am used to that in Klerksdorp its a norm.

My major issue, I told them my start/stop is not working, the battery needs to be changed. They told me the battery was charged & the start/stop should be working. It was not tested if its working (useless people). I drove the car for two days the function is still not working. I booked the car again for last week Friday 26 July 2019, what a waste of time. Friday afternoon I was told the car needs to be charged again for the whole weekend, I told them I need a car to attend my MBA classes in JHB. Service manager told me, he organised a car I will pay R10 000 for insurance, I agreed because I need a car for my classes. The pathetic useless people of Cargo Motors did not give me a car on Friday, I had to hire a car at my own cost. I was not surprised, Now its 18h00PM on Monday 29 July 2019 I still have not received my car, the service consultant said she will call me after 14h00 to updated me (She never did). I called the Service Manager after 17h00, my car is still being tested (they are driving it around with my petrol). The only thing they have to do is just change a battery to a new battery. The useless service manager has no technical capacity to change a battery ( he is useless).

I am not sure who appointed the service manager & consultants for Cargo Motors Klerksdorp because they have no understanding of customer service. The manager is even dropping my calls on my ears when I tell him my frustration. Mercedes Benz Klerksdorp is the most useless dealer I have ever came across. No customer service s****s, no communication s****s. They do not even know what is a customer. I am writing this email hopping that I will get my car back from Cargo motors klerksdorp because I need my car to be able to work and generate an income for my kids & family. They are useless and time wasters. Somebody help, I am sure there are competent people at Mercedes Benz SA.
