Such a disgrace to the Mercedes brand

The worst experience now 3 times in a row. No gearbox oil for services?!! Outrageous! On top of not knowing how to properly stock their workshop, they waste 2 hours of my Saturday dropping and fetching my car (no drop offs or pick ups either) instead of just rescheduling the service.
