Mercedes-Benz stinking attitude

I have never been so disappointed with a service like this. I bought a car on Wednesday and had to return it due to change of work and different opportunity. When I get to Mercedes they give me a run around like I must speak to Funance guys and finance says I must speak to the dealership till I demanded a meeting with whoever is in charge and a meeting was arranged with a Louis Prinsloo. I have never met such an arrogant person in my life. He said he did t force us to buy a car and there’s no return policy and that the buck stops with him and he will not allow us to return a car. Now I’m stuck with a car that I can not use and they don’t care! He also said they are not Mercedes-Benz but they are cargo motors so the policies are not the same. I need help with returning this seeing that Mercedes has distanced themselves from this sale. I would not recommend that you buy a Mercedes ever!
