Mercedes Benz doesn't want to fix my car

They don't want to fix my car which is still under warranty. And blame customer negligence on a collant sign warning and when I drive the car to the dealer it was a problem. Yet no policy of theirs say one needs to tow in the vehicle. That Mandisa Latha girl is *********** and doesn't help
