Mercedes Bedfordview

I have been twice at Mercedes Benz Bedfordview and the absolute unprofessional service received by the Service Dept - front desk is disgusting. The 2 ladies that books drivers are the most unfriendly and arrogant ladies. They should not be placed at the front face of Mercedes. They do not greet, no smile, no friendly face. I even told them tat I need to be at work by 8am. They arrogantly reply saying the car is been santized.
