Incompetence & Unprofessionalism at Mercedes Benz

Booked the car for service on Tuesday and booking was made for Thursday morning.I then rock up at Mercedes Benz Bedfordview/Eastgate only to be told there is no booking for my car for that day and they offered to take it in tomorrow.This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is not to be expected for a brand like MB.
