holding my refund back

I paid 25k for sensors that was not needed for my vehicle I have been trying since last week to get hold of advisor Herman for my refund eventually I came into your dealership he requested proof of bank id and the original POS receipts ,I brought it in and he was again not there and left it with the lady at service department who does not know when my refund will be done. I want my refund processed ASAP to take the money takes 5 min but to get it back I need to climb through hoops
