Disrespectful Mercedes-Benz salesman

While the salesman by the name of Dumisani Mashinini has no respect & value for customers, the company lacks the necessary skills to solve customer problems & discipline for its ill performing staff like this ************ salesman such that I have to report him to Mercedes-Benz South Africa and internationally.

While he provided me with a vehicle manual for overseas drivers, he has a nerve to disregards correspondence from the customer.
