Very dissapointed, bad service

MERC-TECH VEREENIGING. Mercedes Benz specialist! After doing business with them for many years ( almost a R100k over 4 years ), I took my CLK in for some syspension problems, they had the car for a month. When I fetched it, quarter tank fuel gone, it was shaking badly above 100km/h. I took it in to have it checked out, and all 4 rims where bent. (Got these wheel on the car 1 month prior with no problems). Merc-tech is blaming old cracks, shape of tyres (new), and my spacers. Not worth repairing apparently. Had it repaired at R850 p/wheel, spacers perfect, tyres no problem and no cracks. Their aftercare service has gone from excellent, too - no it not our problem, grown to big, no personal care anymore. Make sure you get a tyre report for balancing and bends and hand it in with your vehicle when booking with them!
