Most unhelpful service

I called Merbyte Computers for assistance regarding a damage report and a quotation for an insurance claim, the lady I spoke to was totally useless and un-helpful stating that they do not do quotations, when I asked if I could speak to someone else I was abruptly told NO. Totally not the place to go for anything al all.
