waiste delivery

I'm waiting 3 months now for their wheelie bins to be delivered, so I can get a wheelie bin. I arrange with the supervisor Peter to please arrange that they pick up my refuge bags in the mean time, Peter promise I must put out my refuge bags they will pick it up the next day, it is now 3 weeks later and the dogs thear the bags appart but the trucks still do not pick up my refuge bags. I'm nog going to buy a bin beaucause they trow your bins so they brake and put it on places not close to your house, so it can be stollen while you are working. I'm paying for a service and I want that service to be deliverd to me, otherwise they must refund my money for the waiste delivery then I will dump my own refuge bags.
