Non existant after sale service

I bought a VW caddy from Merafong motors in Carletonville and the owner is simply reluctant to perform his paid duties to put my vehicle through roadworthy, licence and registration. According to him when you buy a vehicle from him that the previous owners roadworthy is still good so he can register the vehicle on my name without doing a roadworthy, Please people watch out for dealers like this
