Merafong Motors Carletonville - STAY AWAY

I bought a GWM steed on the 18th February 2019 from this dealer. The front of house service was fantastic. The very next day the vehicles check engine light came on. Took the vehicle back, they could find no fault. Took the vehicle back again, after a week long being given the run around. I had to contact MFC, the only bank they are affiliated with. I received a courtesy car while they where trying to resolve the bakkie issues. Even the courtesy vehicle provided (Blue sonic). The vehicle was provided with an on engine light, aircon and passenger side window would not work. This should be a good indication on the quality of vehicles on offer. They then apparently sent the vehicle from one garage to the next even though they are attached and own the Bosch service centre in Carltonville. I always assumed that bosch was a descent garage. I have always serviced my previous vehicles at bosch in Pretoria. I was eventually informed that the vehicle could not be prepared and they would source me a replacement vehicle. This is after 4 weeks had passed. I was promissed 3 vehicles to choose from they were just waiting for photos. Yet another week passed apparently due to their internet not working. I cancelled the deal via the bank. Still today, they have not refunded the loan to the bank. This, believe it or not holds me accountable for the loan, even if I dont have a vehicle. I am warning people out there. This garage is possibly having financial difficulty, judging from the quality of their vehicles, I cannot say I surprised. I will now have to take the matter further legally.
