Marafong Local Municipality - Poor Service

I am battling since January 2023 whereby Ive report a leakage outside our business premises towards the road. In February I got an enormous water usage bill for the amount of R 125698.40. We had one employee there as we moved premises. Ive been sending emails backwards and forwards with no reply. Merafong finally came and fix the water leakage but we are still sitting with an amount in arrears that is carrying daily interest and no one is sorting it out. Please help.
