Paid for, never delivered

<p>On 31st December 2016 I ordered and paid for various items from the meowingtons online store. Nothing was ever delivered. On filling up with their customer service representative - May Johnson - I was told that the package had encountered problems with customs and could not be delivered. I asked for my money back -she responded that this was not a possibility. I provided her with an alternate address-i never got a response to my last email. This company is a money making scheme. Advertising products but delivering none and not returning money when delivery is Impossible. </p>
