Someone took out a loan with this company and when i contacted them to make an enquiry they kept insisting that i took out a loan.however they couldn't provide me with any proof of a contract or proof of payment... They even said they will escalate my query to their General Manager... I don't know how to resolve this matter and Menzi is not helping either
