Wors service Ever!!

The worst Service i have ever had. After i paid off my Tombstones they couldnt find my files then took 7 months to insert it , and then they wrote it wrong, i complained and no one took my calls serious , every time there's a new lie that they will come and correct it until i went to their head office in Belabela and this Simba guy also promise to sort it out , eventually after i phoned 2 weeks they went and insert the wrong wording again., so i decided i will open it like that cause there was nothing much i could do since the ceremony was in 2 days. i called them and told me they will fix it ..Im still waiting even now. The worst service i have ever had from sales ladies to Management... Very poor, i wouldn't advice anyone to go there.. Very dissapointed
