Pathetic service at Menyatso tombstone

My aunt and I bought a tombstone at Menyatso tombstone in hammanskraal branch 2017, its been a year since we furnish paying, according to the contract once u make the last deposit you need to give them 3 months period before they can erect the tombstone, its been 12 months since we made our last instalment, we have been going to the branch several times with no luck, I also tried to call but they always tell me one thing over and over that they have submitted the list of the tombstones that needs to be erected, they only give priority to customers that are buying those expensive tombstone as for us they don't care about us, what hurt most is that we are unavailing tombstones this coming Saturday on the 21/09/2019, sad part is that we do not have tombstone to unveil, this situation has caused health problems for my aunt who is not working survive buy doing laundry for people she took her last money paying for this tombstone.
