Defective products and website

I have purchased a product of Mentholatum S.A. at the end of January 2015, The product is called oxy pads. I use the product on a regular basis as part of routine. The product I purchased in January was dried out upon opening. I attempted to report it on their website, but to no avail. The webpage \bombs"out after filling in the details and submitting. Further I attempted to call them"
