Unprofessional backyard operation

Made an appointment to discuss some problems .They were going to send confirmation mail with physical address (Boksburg branch) .Received a phone call 1 hour before consultation on which i had to ask for the address .On arriving i was already skeptical as it was run out of an old neglected house .i male attendee behind the counter busy with some paperwork on laptop .He didnt even look up or attempt to welcome me .He stood up walked past and returned still not acknowledging me .After 5 minutes i decided to walk into the hallway and check this place out .All old furniture and not a soul in sight .I decided to leave .Up to now still didnt get a call to ask why i left .This is not a professional outfit and looking at how they sell their franchises ,i dont think staff will be equipped to give trustworthy advice .It seems like just an outlet to push their pills .
