Unauthorised Transaction On Account

I had purchased medication at the above mentioned facility using my Edcon account for approximately R1600.00 which I had signed for upfront before receiving the medication. On 2015-03-09 I requested a statement on my Edcon account as my limit was reached, which showed an additional transaction at the same facility for an additional R1900.00 which I did not sign for. I contacted the Randburg facility to inform them of this and the consultant told me that the R1900 was an error and they will reverse the transaction only in the following month. I then contacted Edcon and the consultant there confirmed that the reversal can be done by the facility and my account will be corrected within 24 hours. I called the Randburg facility back, and the consultant said that he does not have the authority to do reversals and he will get the Accounts department to contact me on 2015-03-10. Although the consultant was helpfull, the consultant still insists that the reversal can only be done in 30 days. The consultant gave me an alternative that they would eft the refund to me if I sign for the R 1900.00 transaction. This is unacceptable as my Edcon accou
