Unacceptable Service

Made a appointment for 10.00am 08/05/20.Mens clinic sent watsup and called to confirm appointment on the day of appointment.I travelled +-30km to the clinic When I arrived for the appointment I was told that the doctor was not there in a abrupt way by the gentlemen at the reception.I left and called the booking line on the way to the car.I was told someone would call me back which never happened.I called again later and was told the supervisor of the clinic would call me back which never happened.The following day I called to the head office and asked to speak someone in a senior position.His name was apparently James.I was transferred but the phone was not answered.I was told by the switchboard operator that that senior person would call me back which never happened.For a company advertising nationaly on T.V. I FIND THIS AMAZING AND VERY UNPROFESHIONABLE.Not even the decency of a apology for my waste of fuel and time. Maybe they were expecting the problem just to disappear if they ignored it.
