Worst service ever, i went to the Rustenburg Branch. I was booked an appointment for 10:20 but i fail to understand why is that we have to que whereas youve been booked,i left that building around 3pm. Secondly the Doctor doesn't even bother to make any check ups no diagnosis nothing you just get injected and that's it,next youre told about a very large sum of amount for treatment for about 6 months. Thirdly there isnt any confidentiality whenever the dispenser explains the treatment his desk is at the waiting area so everyone is listening.
