RATHER FIND AN ALTERNATIVE.
Mens Clinic, greatly disappointment me....
The staff is unprofessional, rude doctors, rude regional manager, lack of accountability, they'll duck and dive until you give up, the staff even tell lies to make themselves look good.
Once you step out of the door at the 'clinic' then you should just know your business with them has ended there, the company will not take responsible for anything that happens thereafter.

26 Apr 2021, 18:09I accept your apology and I appreciate Larry's acknowledgement of the ordeal I went through, with that being said I still maintain that MCI doesn't take its patients seriously, I got contacted by Larry and he seemed very eager to have my issue addressed, I wasn't looking for much but he's eagerness kind of made me change the opion that I had held for some time about MCI, he even went as far as to ask me how I would like for MCI to address this and I broke down to him, he said he'd escalate the matter, to his superior I presume. And since then Larry has pretty much been vanished.
