PORT ELIZABETH BRANCH. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL USELESS SERVICE.
Its August 13th 2020. I have an emergency. I rush to Mens Clinic in PE only to finder the cleaner lady minding the phone. The guy on shift is at the bank. I sit on the couch in pain for another 30 minutes. As you understand time is critical with these things. I.could lose usage of my Male organ. I'm very angry.

We have discussed the matter with the staff member involved.
The cleaning lady called the staff member on his cell phone and told him there was a medical emergency as soon as you reported at the clinic. The staff (who had gone to the bank) then left the mall and rushed to the clinic.
We can only apologise for you having to wait. Due to the Covid-19 regulations – we are working on skeleton staff.
Once again our humblest apologies.
