<p>Absoulte waste of time , level of proffesnalisim Zero to none</p> <p>I sent a message to the help line, received a call back the next day and arranged an appointment to 10am the next day.</p> <p>Afeter the call a shortwhile later received a call saying appointment scheduled for 3pm didnt pay attantion to it as the consultant advised me that appointment is at 10am, on the day of the appointment i received a call to confirm my appointmnet for 3pm from their consultant i queried same and said appointment is for 10 am they said they will call me bac, received a call back saying they cann not accomodate me at 10 only at 14.30.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had no choice but to agree.when booking the appointment the consultant explained to me the procedures and costing, on on the key point he mentiond was that the cosult will take one hour 30minutes</p> <p>Which pleased me as i knew i would get a througher check up and he also mentioned tests will be done same is coverd in the consult fee,.</p> <p>Got to the clinic at 14.00 was told by the receptionist thatthe doctor was in a meeting, Waited untill 15.30 the doctor came in heard my problem spent under 5mins with me gave me an injection and told me to take a walk and come back in 20mins.</p> <p>I did so, to my dismay when i got back the doctor had left for the day and he left the receptionist to examine me.</p> <p>the recetionist gave me a further injection and read out the doctors dignosis.</p> <p>According to the doctor i have blockages in my *****. thats whn i asked him how did the doctor come up with this dignisisas he didnt do ant tests and already left befor i returned.</p> <p>To which the receptionist rep**** i dont kniow thats what he said, and he advised that i should take 40 injections to the value of 4000 to 5000 Rands.</p> <p>I asked him if they can adminster oral medication instead of injections he said no, also i asked did he notprescribe and medication to assist with the problem for immediate or temporary refief until ythe injections work over the said 4 month period he said No</p> <p> </p> <p>No blood tests were requested to check testosterone levels of no questions was asked about my lifestyle to determain wether i have an active life style or not.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to Pay R500 for absoloutley nothing, and i am currently unemployed so R500 for me at this point in time is like R5000</p> <p> </p> <p>REally disapointed. and hope to hear from the head office of Mens clinic</p> <p> </p>
