Men's clinic international ************

On the 27th of September 2019 i went to men's clinic in joburg i got my medication from them which i had to use for 3months but paid for 6months that injections n tablets that everyone gets regardless of their problem as part of their treatment since it was working for me on the 3rd of December 2019 i went there spoke to that guy there named Mike n told him that i no longer wish to carry on with that treatment n i would like to cancel it n that they should refund me my other half of my money instead he went to that admin guy n requested my medication which i didn't ask for coz the one they gave me wasn't even finished yet regardless on that day it turned into an argument we they tried to make it look like i was using the medication wrong trying to find fault n trying to still force their medication on me telling me that since he requested it there is nothing he can do i have to take i refused it told him and that guy who works in admin that i am no longer interested then they started giving me phone numbers of other men's clinic branches lying to me that its their head offices number when they saw that they lies and tricks wasn't working they then decided to call someone there i think and he told them that i should see the doctor thats there and he will decide whether or not i get my refund or not after 30mins or so the doctor wrote on my file that i should get my refund so they said someone from head office will call me so i left on the 6th of Jan 2020 i called them in the afternoon around 2pm n the guy that answered the phone said i should call the following day in the morning which i did n Mike answered the phone i told him that it has been over a month and i still haven't received a call from them regarding my refund and instead of giving me a straight he decided to tell me lies that the doctors are on leave being rude and pretending he doesn't know who i am so i told him i know exactly who he is and should stop with all his lies and giving me numbers of other branches coz that people can't help me coz they are the one's that have my file so i got the head office of men's clinic on the internet and i dialed it i told the guy that picked what the problem was and he said i should hang up he will call me back and i did he called me back with a cellphone no and told me that he was gonna e-mail them and find out what was going on coz he didn't have my file or they aren't aware of my case later on in the day i called that cell number again and said the number didn't exist so i called *** men's clinic head office no again the same guy picked up again so i asked him again if he had any updates for me and said i should go to men's clinic joburg again coz they are the only people who can sort it out and not the head office so i went there today to find what's going on and was again the same old drama of professionalism and bad manners from Mike and everyone's emotions was high these people ask me for their head offices number to show me how reluctant they are to help me the file of mine that they said they will send to head office they still have in their possession no wonder for a whole month i didn't get any call from anyone regarding my refund that their very own doctor recommended that i should get they said someone from head office will call me today after 1pm coz that's the time that he will be @ work I'm still waiting they told me Larry the person who is handling my case is on leave until the 16th of January how convenient for a company that has as much branches as they have it's impossible that they don't have someone to stand in his place i gave these people of men's clinic my money freely thinking that their treatment was gonna be helpful it wasn't so since i requested my refund they should give my money back in the same spirit i gave it to them it's one place i can truly say i wouldn't recommend to anyone nor will i ever go back to for help again
